Paul George & More NBA Stars Read Mean Tweets: Funny ‘Jimmy Kimmel’ Skit
NBA ballers Kris Humphries, Amar’e Stoudemire, Dwight Howard, Jeremy Lin, Stephen Curry, DeMarcus Cousins, Michael Carter-Williams, Paul George, DeAndre Jordan, Chris Paul and Nate Robinson were all in on Jimmy Kimmel Live‘s hilarious second installment of NBA-themed “Mean Tweets.”
Paul George, who’s one of the most electric players in the game, had to read a particularly nasty tweet one fan wrote teasing him about his name.
“I would kill my parents if they named me Paul George. That’s an ugly a** name,” Paul read, with a look of confusion and disbelief on his face. He then looked at the camera when a twisted grin on his face, and jokingly put up his middle finger to the camera. Too funny!
Dwight Howard Reads Mean Tweet, Ignores Underage Sex Scandal
While Dwight Howard didn’t address his alleged underage sex scandal in the bit, he did reveal a pretty interesting fan tweet about himself.
“Dwight Howard wears panties with leg warmers,” he read. The crowd laughed hysterically, and so did we!
And the “Mean Tweets” skit wasn’t the only basketball fun Jimmy Kimmel had on June 15. The entire episode, titled Jimmy Kimmel Live: Game Night, was devoted to basketball, and aired on ABC after Game 5 of the NBA Finals. What a lucky night for sports fans!
