San Antonio Spurs Win NBA Championship
After losing to the Heat in 2013, the San Antonio Spurs were out for vengeance. They never gave up and beat the Miami Heat 104-87 in Game 5 of the NBA finals.
Tony Parker and his Spurs were 3-1 going into the final game and were ready to take home the NBA trophy on June 15. The team played a heck of a game and prevented Lebron James from winning another championship.
Sorry, Lebron. It just wasn’t your year. Maybe next year!
