Demi Lovato hit up Times Square, New York, for the ‘Good Morning America’ Summer Concert series and blew away the crowd with performances of her hit singles, ‘Really Don’t Care’ and ‘Neon Lights’ — watch below!
Demi Lovato, 21, always knows how to put on a killer performance. On June 6, she performed “Really Don’t Care” and Neon Lights” for Good Morning America‘s Summer Concert Series live in Times Square, and she looked and sounded amazing! Read on for all the details and to watch below!
Demi Lovato GMA Performance: ‘Really Don’t Care’
Demi debuted her new lavender and silver ombre for her NYC performance, and it went perfectly with her signature edgy style. Demi wore tight black pants and a plain black tee with a structured, asymmetrical blazer, which she paired with a pair of black sandals with lucite heels. As usual, she layered on the chunky jewelry and it was overall a perfect look for the concert.
“Really Don’t Care” came first, and it was one of the most lively GMA concerts we’d seen in a while — Demi had her Lovatics jumping around, hands in the air, and she sounded fantastic. Cher Lloyd even joined Demi for her verse! Cher was taking a cue out of Demi’s lookbook, with her long, dark hair loose around her shoulders and a cool, blue zippered moto jacket.
Demi Lovato GMA Performance: ‘Neon Lights’
Demi performed “Neon Lights” next, and while it was not quite as high energy as her “Really Don’t Care” performance, she still sounded great.
This isn’t the first time Demi has performed on GMA‘s Summer Concert Series — she also did so last year! She sang “Really Don’t Care” then, too, but hey — a good summer jam is a good summer jam.
