Enough with the high heels, long lashes, and hairspray — ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ has chosen it’s queen.
Finally! The winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race season six has been revealed, and Bianca Del Rio battled her way to claim the championship.
‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ Finale: Bianca Del Rio Wins
The sixth season of RuPaul Andre Charles‘ drag queen competition came down to three finalists — Bianca Del Rio, Adore Delano, and Courtney Act.
On Monday, May 19, the judges panel decided to award Bianca with gold after her humor and out-there personality made her a fan favorite throughout the season.
Bianca’s ability to own the runway and consistently shine in the mini-challenges helped her steal the votes of the judges.
“BEYOND, GRATEFUL! #amainglife #thankyoueveryone #honored,” Bianca wrote on Twitter after her exciting win.
Bianca Is A Well-Deserved Winner
Formerly a high-demand costume designer, Bianca decided put on high-heels and travel the nation to perform at special drag queen events.
Beating out 13 other contestants, Bianca won three challenges over the course of the season and never once landed in the bottom two.
“Condragulations to America’s Drag Superstar, @thebiancadelrio!!!!! I am so proud of you.” Bianca’s competitor, Courtney, wrote on Twitter after the finale.
I guess you can say Bianca got exactly what she deserved — way to go, Queen B!
So, HollywoodLifers, do you think Bianca should have won? Or did you like one of the other contestants more?
