Prince George managed to go completely unnoticed while out at a public park with his new nanny, Maria Borrallo. The pair flew completely under the radar during the outing, and the royal baby was only recognized once by the man who sold his nanny an ice cream cone. Talk about being sneaky!
Prince George, 9 months, is one lucky little baby. Not only does he get the perks of being a royal celebrity, but he is young enough to step outside and not be recognized by the masses.
Prince George Goes Unnoticed At The Park
During his tour of New Zealand, his nanny, Maria Borrallo, took the royal baby on a stroll through a public park in Wellington. Even though the entire country was aware of his presence, he managed to go completely unnoticed during the outing, according to Daily Mail.
The only person who recognized Prince George was the ice cream man, Barry Ludlow, who sold Maria an ice cream cone for just $1. Maria sat on a bench and enjoyed her frozen treat while Prince George sat peacefully in his stroller.
Amazing! Hopefully Maria and the prince take advantage of this time, because it will be almost impossible for him to go unrecognized the older he gets.
Wellington’s Mayor Knew About The Outing
Of course, Prince George’s outing was well-known by important insiders.
One of those lucky insiders just happened to be Wellington’s mayor, Celia Wade-Brown.
“I can say that it definitely happened,” a royal insider told reporters. “I certainly don’t think it was meant to be hidden that the little prince was playing in the park.”
