The face of the high-fashion label looked absolutely amazing as she arrived at the Met Ball. Did you love her gorgeous gala look as much as we did? Check it out here & VOTE!
It has been a while since we’ve seen Kristen Stewart on the red carpet, but she’s back and looking better than ever! The 24-year-old Twilight star celebrated the opening of the “Charles James: Beyond Fashion,” exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art for the 2014 Costume Institute Benefit in NYC on May 5, where all eyes were on her as she mixed black, gold, sequins, tulle, and feathers into one dress! Were you as impressed with Kristen’s look as we were?
Kristen Stewart’s Met Gala Dress 2014:
The star, (who is the face of Chanel’s Métiers D’Art Paris-Dallas collection), has been busy filming one project after another, but we finally got to see her make a grand return to the red carpet — and she certainly didn’t disappoint! Styled by Tara Swennen, KStew proved that she’s a perfect fit for Chanel as she rocked the red carpet. While her ensemble seemed to be more relatable to last year’s punk theme of the exhibit, it definitely allowed the star’s edgy side to shine right through. She finished the look off with Chanel Fine jewels and Louboutin pumps, which definitely pulled the whole look together.
While we’re obsessed with her outfit there’s no denying the fact that her look was a major departure from what she wore to the 2013 Met Gala, when she was outfitted in a maroon Stella McCartney jumpsuit — and we think it’s so cool that Kristen continues to push the envelope and keep her style so versatile on the red carpet.
What do you think? Were you totally obsessed with Kristen’s gorgeous Met Gala look or did you prefer what she wore last year?
