I got tired of seeing Harry Connick Jr making cow eyes and swooning over Sam, each and every week. The way Connick visually undressed Sam was like Jerry Sandusky eyeing over all that boy meat in the Penn State shower room.

I will not watch AM IDOL AGAIN THIS SEASON….so much for camaraderie. On top of being eliminated Sam got to see that his friends on the show were another Hollywood illusion.

American Idol is a money wheel and a lot of people and companies have their hands in the pot. The twist last week to save a contestant from going home was simply a way to save Sam Woolf, so more money could be made from his iTunes sales. Of course the Idol staffers knew Sam was going home and they created a way to save him one more time so more money could be made. At the end of the day Sam Woolf will be just fine with his musical career and will make a lot of money for himself and everyone else involved.

Why wasn’t the 2nd contestant at the bottom revealed? Sam won A IDOL when he sang David Gray’s- Babylon the 1st time out. Never been a better authentic performance on Idol. Good luck Sam.

Loved Sam. Upset over his elimination. Why was Sam given 2 poor song choices? Sam should have got ” Say Something” or “let her Go”. 2 mega hits that would have put him back in front. Not watchin anymore.

I agree with Jena. The contestants are under enough stress. It was unfair and cruel to put that kind of ridiculous decision on the contestants. So sick of how the judges and the producers are handling this year’s show. Disgusted!

These singers are the dumb ones. It’s a no brainer. Yes american idol wants to profit off the twist but really you wouldn’t want to see your buddy leave. This is just a competition, whats of value is exposure and networking. Friends are more important than ‘sticking to the way things are done’. Sam got messed with by his ‘competitors’.

Of course they know who is going home and of course if was based on ratings and revenue. Lamest move ever and so unfair to the contestants to put them in that position. JLo’s remark dulled her shine considerably when she said she was surprised. Really? They’re competitors. They’re there for a title, money, opportunity. All the same reasons she’s doing it. Shame on her for judging anything other than the performance.

I did not like the change of asking the contestants about saving another one this week and then next week having two leave, don’t the contestants have enough to do than to add this pressure on them when so close to the end, very silly part of the program, I wish you all quit trying to do so much this year, thinking about not watching and participating. I thought this program was about the young people learning about their dream and you all helping them. And I don’t like J-Lo showing her butt so much with the naked sweater outfits, not becoming of representing the young people, we have a lot of negative actions going on in this world and some of it may be happening because we don’t have enough respect for ourselves and others. Just sharing my thoughts. I have been following American Idol all of these years and have done well in picking out the winner in the early stages as I cannot sing but I have a good ear for listening and feeling real emotion. (Forgive any typos).

If you have HD TV, you’d be able to see the tampon string when J-Ho crosses her legs. I saw the string twice over the past five episodes.

I know the twist is the producer’s attempt to keep their Goldenboy Sam one more week but before the vote the contestants didn’t know it was Sam. Given the chance to keep everyone to stay for one week, I think it is honorable to say yes. I know this is a competition but in this business, you need to leave a good mark. You need friends not enemy. And you certainly don’t want to bite the hands that feed you. Calling the producer’s call dumb and stupid is risky.
