The Duchess wrapped up the Royal Tour on a stylish note, (just as she arrived!), when she stepped out in a Michael Kors ensemble. Did you like her final outfit?
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made one last stop before officially wrapping up their New Zealand and Australia tour on April 25, when they paid their respects and attended the ANZAC Day march, followed by a commemorative service in Canberra and a visit to the Australian War Memorial. Kate Middleton was, once again, perfectly put together as she showed off yet another coat dress — she’s clearly a fan of the silhouette!
Kate Middleton’s Coat — Final Outfit On Australia Royal Tour:
On this occasion, Kate selected a tweed ensemble from Michael Kors‘ Spring 2014 collection. The royal couple appeared to have color-coordinated for their final stop as Prince William sported a sharp navy suit.[hl_youtube src=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bgrOlkpvCn8″ link=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bgrOlkpvCn8″ text=”Jenny Packham On Kate Middleton’s Style”]
Kate stuck to the navy theme, accessorizing with a stunning fascinator from Australian milliner Jonathan Howard and navy pumps. She carried a Russell and Bromley ‘Muse’ clutch in navy and wore a poppy brooch and a Cartier watch.
Kate stayed clad in the coat dress as the royal family headed to Fairbairn Airbase to officially depart — and she looked just as stunning as she waved farewell.
Personally, I’m a fan of this coat dress. I couldn’t get enough of Michael Kors’ Spring 2014 collection, and I think the lightweight tweed silhouette was so flattering on Kate’s frame — and it was perfectly appropriate, as well.
