Justin Bieber waltzed out of LAX on April 24 grabbing his crotch and sticking out his tongue to the awaiting paparazzi. Bieber’s swagalicious attitude is the result of him finally being released after five hours of questioning by the TSA.
Justin Bieber, 20, looked like he was about to step out on stage, sticking out his tongue, and grabbing his you know what while the awaiting paparazzi took pic after pic. The Biebs had just been released after being detained by customs in “secondary questioning” for five hours after he landed.
Justin Bieber Released By TSA After 5 Hours Of Questioning
His luggage and bodyguards were already waiting outside for him but Justin was going nowhere. He arrived at LAX around 1 a.m. after a long plane ride. What he didn’t count on was the longer wait he would have to endure at the hands of the TSA, reports the DailyMail.
The Biebs underwent an interrogation process that included questions about his Miami DUI, his egg-throwing incident involving his neighbor, and his misdemeanor assault case in Toronto.
The TSA grilling that Justin went through is standard procedure for someone with his type of large criminal record, according to LA attorney Mychal Wilson. Mychal revealed to HollywoodLife.com exclusively that Justin was held for ‘secondary questioning’ because of the very controversial Patriot Act.
Justin Finally Free From Customs After Being Detained For 5 Hours At LAX
“The 2001 Patriot Act, signed by formerPresident George Bush and extended by current President Barack Obama, gives custom officials the broad authority to flag travelers arriving from a foreign country when they have an active criminal case or a conviction,” Mychal said. “Presumably, Justin Bieber is on the Homeland Security watch list due to the various pending criminal charges against him.”
