Justin allegedly egged his neighbor’s home on Jan. 9 and now the police claim to have footage that implicates Justin and makes him look really guilty. HollywoodLifers, do you think that Justin would really do such a thing?
Justin Bieber sounds like he’s got egg on his face. The 20-year-old is still dealing with the allegedly egging incident that took place in his Calabasas, Calif., neighborhood. His neighbor claims that Justin and his friends caused over $20,000 worth of damage to his estate. He claimed he saw Justin throwing eggs and running from the scene but Justin and his camp always denied it. Now the LASD claims that there’s evidence supporting the neighbor’s claim.
Justin Bieber Caught High Fiving After Egging Attack
The police affidavit, filed by officer Ginni Alvarez, claims that when he watched the surveillance footage found during the Jan. 14 raid of Justin’s home, he saw Justin high fiving his buddy after the egging attack.
He claims that Justin was wearing the same outfit as one he was spotted in earlier in the day.
Justin’s House Raided By Police — Justin Detained In His Garage
Not one, not two but 11 patrol cars were on the hunt for eggs when they arrived to Justin’s home for their felony investigation. HollywoodLife.com spoke with LASD spokesperson Steve Whitmore who told us at the time that Justin was being detained.
“There is a search warrant being served. Justin is there on the scene. This has turned into a felony investigation,” Steve told us. “I’m not sure if he knew they were coming.”
Justin could be in serious trouble. We spoke to criminal defense attorney, James E. Silverstein, who told us that Justin could be thrown behind bars.
“If the crime is charged as a stand alone misdemeanor vandalism, the defendant can face a steep fine, restitution, and up to one year in the county jail,” James said. “If found guilty of a felony, the individual can be placed into custody for up to three years and/or placed on felony probation. The defendant also faces a steep fine and victim restitution.”
