Earth Day is a beautiful holiday because it reminds us all to appreciate the amazing planet we call home. As big promoters of being green, celebs are flocking to Twitter to show their support for this important day.
Having just got through Easter (which shared a date with 4/20), it may have been easy to forget that April 22 is Earth Day — the one day a year where we commemorate the planet we call home. Luckily, today’s celeb tweets have been a welcome and positive reminder to celebrate Earth, not just today, but every day.
Gigi Hadid & More Celebs Tweet About Earth Day
Gigi Hadid was just one of many celebs who decided to shout out Earth Day on her social media, posting a very natural, no-makeup selfie with a beautiful and fresh gardenia.
This post was a gorgeous reminder of the natural beauty of our planet, and a really nice and personal way for Gigi to honor the holiday.

Though this might seem a bit deep and silly (I know I caught myself laughing for a second), the truth is that it is vital to have a commemorative day for our planet as a reminder of how important it is to keep it clean, safe and as nature-filled as possible for ourselves and future generations.
What will you do for Earth Day, HollywoodLifers? Let us know!
