Chris Brown’s bodyguard Christopher Hollosy was found guilty of misdemeanor assault in the Washington D.C. altercation between Chris Brown and Parker Adams. Will Chris be next to spend time behind bars as a result?
Christopher Hollosy was found guilty of assault on April 21. The damning evidence against him was a testimony by a limo driver claiming that it was Christopher who threw a punch that resulted in fracturing Parker Adams’ nose. But the real question is — will the judge find Chris guilty of the same offense and if found guilty how much time will Chris spend in jail?
Chris Brown’s Bodyguard Found Guilty Of Assault
Christopher originally told police that he punched the 20-year-old Beltsville, Md., man but when it came time to testify in court, Christopher refused, because he didn’t not want to incriminate himself — reports NBC.
As a result, the judge’s ruling hung on the testimony of the limo driver who witnessed the fight. The judge declared that Christopher’s action were unwarranted and that Parker was not acting as a threat to Chris [Brown] or Christopher.
“There was not evidence that Mr. Parker [the victim] was advancing on Mr. Brown,” the judge explained in court.
Bodyguard Of Chris Brown Found Guilty Of Assault – Will Chris Be Next?
Apparently, a punch or several punches can go a long way. Breezy’s current case stems from an Oct. 27 altercation he had with Parker outside of the W Hotel in Washington D.C.
The fight allegedly broke out when two men attempted to jump in a picture with Chris while he was walking with some “lady friends,” reports TMZ.
Chris reportedly told the two men, “I’m not into this gay s**t, I’m into boxing,” and threw the first punch at Parker.
The bodyguard reportedly jumped right in with fist flying as well.
What’s making matters worse for Chris is the fact that he “caught a case” while he was still on probation for his 2009 assault case involving ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
If found guilty of this assault against Parker, Chris could be sentences to up to four years in prison — and it really could go either way, according to celebrity divorce attorney Vikki Ziegler.
“Once the trial starts, it gets harder to settle as everyone prepares puts in time and calls witnesses,” Vikki tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “But a deal can be struck at anytime until they conclude.”
What do you think HollywoodLifers, do you think Chris will be found guilty and have to face time in prison? Tell us what’s on your mind.
