The Easter holiday weekend is finally here. Kate Middleton and the Royals chose the traditional way to celebrate the holiday by going to church where Kate looked stunning in her grey coat and matching hat. Meanwhile, Selena Gomez took time out of her weekend to do some charity work with children.
Kate Middleton, Prince William, and baby George have been having a full Easter weekend. The couple stopped off at the zoo in Australia before heading to church the next day. Stateside, Selena Gomez carved out time to be with children for the charity group Hearts Of Los Angeles.
Kate Middleton, Selena Gomez and More Stars Celebrate Easter
The Royal Family wowed the crowd as they headed through the doors of historic St. Andrew’s Cathedral in Sydney, on April 20, for Easter service. Even though she wasn’t holding baby George this time — we’re pretty sure he was close by. Also in attendance at the service was the Prime Minister, Tony Abbott, and his wife.
On April 19, the Duke and Duchess took baby George to the Taronga Zoo where George got to meet the Australian version of the Easter Bunny! The animal known as a Bilby was even named after George to celebrate the little Royal’s birthday last year. So cute.
Back in the states Selena donated her time and attention to smiling children while working with the Hearts of Los Angeles charity. The organization specializes in providing “underserved” children with extracurricular art projects and activities.
The Diva posted a picture of the event to her Instagram account with the caption: “@heartoflosangeles you do amazing things for the children of Los Angeles. Thank you for letting me stop by!”
Kate, Selena, & More Celebs Show Out For Easter Weekend
Other celebs chose to take family photos like Kevin Jonas, his wife Danielle, and their new baby girl. All three posed happily alongside the Easter Bunny on April 20.
Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick opted to shower their baby girl Penelope with a table full of Easter candy and playthings. In the photo it looks like there’s so much in front of her that she doesn’t know what to do or eat first!
