We all want Lauren Conrad’s makeup and wardrobe, but now we want her manicure, too! The designer posted an Instagram photo on April 16 revealing her pretty pink and gold spring nails. Want to try this fun nail art for yourself? Get the details below!

Lauren Conrad28, had her gorgeous nails done by Chanel celebrity manicurist, Ashlie Johnson, for a photo shoot for her Kohl’s line, LC Lauren Conrad. LC is designing clothing, accessories and now even bedding — she’s pretty close to building an empire! We love her fun, warm-weather polish shade. Keep reading to get her springtime look.

Lauren Conrad’s Pink Mani — Get The Look

Lauren’s nail art may be a super hot look, but that doesn’t mean that it is too complicated to DIY at home! You can get LC’s celeb manicure for yourself in a few easy steps.

Try using a creamy, strawberry pink nail color like Guilty Pleasures by Essie as your base color. It’s nearly identical to Lauren’s shade!

After your polish has dried, use a thin nail art brush dipped in gold polish to create straight horizontal lines across the nails. Make sure that they are about 1/3 of the way down the nail to recreate LC’s chic look.

No thin nail art brush? No worries! Toothpicks dipped in polish make an excellent substitute to those hard-to-come-by brushes.

Lauren Conrad — A Young Martha Stewart?

Lauren is doing much more than just rocking super cute nails! She’s making her mark in fashion, beauty and interior decorating, and she also has some fun Easter egg dying ideas.

Is she the equivalent of a young, new age Martha Stewart? Tell us what you think, HollywoodLifers?
