Beyonce and Jay Z, a new report claims that you will be joining forces for an epic summer tour — and I totally think you should do it! Here’s why.
Beyonce — even though you just wrapped your 132-show “Mrs. Carter World Tour,” there’s still plenty of time for you to take a little break and then headline an amazing tour with your partner in love and music — Jay Z! You two are hip hop royalty and you owe it to your loyal subjects to take this show on the road!
Beyonce & Jay Z Should Tour — Couple May Perform Together This Summer
Bey and Jay — you blew the crowd away when you opened the 2014 Grammys with a sexy performance of “Drunk in Love,” and now you have the opportunity to recreate that magical moment all summer long on a stadium tour!
According to Page Six, you two are allegedly planning to announce a 20-date tour across the country that will start in June and hit New York City on July 4. If this report is true, I’m sure your shows will sell out in seconds!
Anyone would jump at the chance to see the greatest rapper alive perform live, just as anyone would kill to see Beyonce run the world on stage — but the two of you together? It’s like a fan’s dream come true!
Beyonce & Jay Z — You Obviously Work Well Together
Jay Z and Beyonce, there are a million reasons why you should go on tour together, and zero reasons why you shouldn’t!
First of all, you obviously work well together. Aside from your showstopping performance at the Grammys, you also performed “Drunk in Love” at a DirecTV Super Bowl party and at Beyonce’s London concert on Feb. 28. Plus, you both totally crushed in on your 2003 number one single “Crazy In Love.”
It’s true that you’ve never done anything even close to a nationwide tour together, but you’d be crazy NOT to do it while you’re still both in the prime of your careers!
Secondly, you have both individually completed enormously successful tours. Jay Z, you finished your 52-date “Magna Carta… Holy Grail” tour in January, two months before you, Beyonce, closed your huge “Mrs. Carter Show” tour. Both tours went off without a hitch, but we know that nothing compares to watching your amazing chemistry take over the stage.
And there’s no need to worry about hiring a babysitter — you can always bring baby Blue Ivy along for the ride! We already know she would be an excellent back-up singer for her mama!
So Jay Z and Beyonce, please make all of our dreams come true and go on a summer tour together — you won’t regret it!
Do you agree, HollywoodLifers? Should Jay Z and Beyonce go on tour together this summer? Let me know!
