Kate Middleton is the people’s duchess indeed. The Duchess of Cambridge managed to look nothing short of stunning during her day at sea on April 10, and we are obsessed with her outfit. Kate, 32, traded in her dress and heels for a pair of navy, cropped, J Brand skinny jeans, a navy and white striped top and paired it with her favorite navy wedges.
This is not the first time we’ve spotted Kate out in this look, she wore the same style jeans, wedges and a similar stripped top in October of 2013 and again when she first stepped out with Prince George for his first public outing!
Kate Middleton Re-Wears Striped Shirt & Zara Jacket For Third Time
HollywoodLife.com has learned that while in New Zealand with Prince William, Kate wore a Me & Em breton-style top, ($80), a double-breasted Zara jacket, ($130), J Brand mid rise skinny leg navy cropped jeans ($169) and topped it all off with her fave navy Stuart Weitzman for Russell & Bromley wedges, ($425).
This is a very similar look to what she wore in October when she played a bit of volleyball at Olympic Park. She clearly loves stripes but this time it was a sleeveless, boatneck top from Ralph Lauren, which she paired with a navy, Smythe blazer and of course, her favorite Russ & Bromley wedges.
Then there was Kate’s first outing on Aug. 26, 2013, since she had left the hospital after giving birth to Prince George. On that day, she was spotted grocery shopping near her UK Anglesey home, wearing a similar stripped top. Kate rewore this same top when she vacationed in February 2014, with Prince George on the island of Mustique for her mom, Carole Middleton‘s birthday.
Most of you may know about the “Kate effect,” that’s when an item becomes sold out because Kate wore it. That’s exactly what has happened above, so most of the clothes are unavailable, but you can still bookmark them and try to see if they are in stock later!
Kate Wears Silver Fern For New Zealand
Kate and her hubby, Prince William, attended a state reception held at Government House on April 9 in Wellington, New Zealand, and she wore a stunning dress, designed by British designer, Jenny Packham.
It was custom and complete with a silver fern, the national emblem for New Zealand — we loved it! She is really topping herself on this royal tour and we are loving her looks every single day. Kate is known to recycle outfits constantly and we think it’s very inspirational. Plus, her clothes are very affordable too!
