But first thing’s first — check out our gallery of red carpet pics and let us know whose look YOU loved the most!
Forget the sex and the drugs — all we need is rock and roll! The 29th annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony was huge this year, with performances from inductees such as Peter Gabriel, Daryl Hall and John Oates, and Cat Stevens. The show kicked off on April 10 at 7 p.m. ET at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NYC, and it definitely didn’t disappoint! Let’s check out the hottest looks on the red carpet!
Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Red Carpet: Carrie Underwood & More Shine At Ceremony
Peter Gabriel, Daryl Hall and John Oates, The E Street Band, KISS, Nirvana, Linda Ronstadt, Cat Stevens, Brian Epstein and Andrew Loog Oldham were all inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on April 10. But there was plenty of other rock royalty on hand to celebrate these legends and kill it on the red carpet!
Sheryl Crow looked rocker chic in black leather capri skinnies, a low-cut black blazer and an amazing sparkly silver choker that fell down to her waist.
Carrie Underwood looked stunning in an all-black outfit that she accessorized with a gold chain belt and gorgeous wavy locks.
Stevie Nicks was also in all black, opting for a flowy, sheer black skirt and a sharp black blazer. These rock divas really know how to coordinate!
Hall & Oates, Stevie Nicks & More Perform At Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Ceremony
With the exception of Linda Ronstadt and KISS, all of the inductees took the stage to perform at the event.
Cat played on his own and with Paul Shaffer‘s band. Peter Gabriel played with his own group. There was a tribute to Linda, who was unable to attend the show, that featured a group of rock legends in their own right, including Stevie Nicks, Emmylou Harris, Bonnie Raitt and Sheryl Crow. The E Street Band and Hall & Oates also gave stellar performances.
It was so exciting to see these amazing musicians rock out under the same roof!
If you missed the live stream of the show today, don’t worry — you’ll have a second chance to watch the ceremony on HBO on May 31.
So HollywoodLifers, which inductee’s performance did you love the most? And whose red carpet look rocked the hardest? Let us know!
