Jon Hamm at 43, playing Mad Men character Don Draper is what we’re all use to seeing. Jon at 25-years-old and getting rejected for a date is not something that we thought we would ever see. Well, that’s exactly what happened when Jon took to the stage on the 1996 dating show called The Big Date, and HollywoodLife.com has the video clip to prove it.

The “throw back” video clip made the rounds on YouTube on April 4, and it’s taken off in a viral way.
In the video you can see a shaggy-haired Jon being shot down by a beautiful young lady. However, before that — we got a good look at what kind of charm Jon was bring to the table back in the ’90s.
When asked by the host how he’d make a lady “feel special on a first date,” young Jon said, “I’d start out with some fabulous food, fabulous conversation, a fabulous foot massage for an evening of total fabulosity.”
Fabulosity? The word would never come out of big Don’s mouth!

Unfortunately for Jon, the lady was not impressed, and chose a stuntmen over the future heart-throb. If she could have just seen the further then maybe she would have chosen otherwise.
We bet she’s kicking herself now!
