Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen haven’t been in NYC for very long but they’ve certainly managed to make their mark on the Big Apple! To celebrate the end of their successful Broadway run, the legendary English actors took a tour of the city, tweeting out some awesome photos along the way!
Sir Patrick Stewart, 73, and Sir Ian McKellan, 74, might be the only two tourists who New Yorkers actually love! The British BFFs, who just wrapped up their run in the Broadway shows No Man’s Land and Waiting for Godot, said goodbye to New York in style — and matching bowler hats — by visiting some of the city’s top tourist destinations. Ian Mckellen & Patrick Stewart’s NYC Tour — Actors Share Their Bromance
Isn’t it bromantic? The duo took their friendship on a tour of NYC during the last two weeks of their critically acclaimed Broadway run, and Patrick posted daily pics of their antics to Twitter from March 19 to March 30. The first tweet in the series reads:

Patrick and Ian visited several NYC staples, including Katz’s Deli, the Stonewall Inn and Coney Island. They even took a ride on the Wonder Wheel, as you can see in the pic up top. So fun!
Patrick Stewart & Ian McKellen: Bid On Their Coney Island T-Shirts
It wouldn’t be a true NYC tour without souvenirs! Now fans can bid on three autographed T-shirts that are printed with an image of Patrick and Ian on their Coney Island adventures. Proceeds from the auction, which ends tonight (April 3) at midnight, will go to City Harvest.
