Taylor Swift Makes Surprise Visit To Hasbro Children’s Hospital

When she is not putting huge smiles on her fans’ faces at one of her sold out concerts, Taylor is making surprise visits and delighting sick children across the nation. On March 31, Taylor and her dad were spending some time in Rhode Island and they decided to drive up Interstate 95 to Providence to visit a children’s hospital.

The pop star arrived solo, with no entourage, and spent the majority of her 5-hour visit speaking to the little kids, who all seemed to enjoy her company just as much. The visit was kept under wraps until Hasbro Children’s Hospital posted a thankful message on it’s Facebook page.

“A huge THANK YOU to the amazingly sweet and talented Taylor Swift who visited Hasbro Children’s Hospital today!” the page stated. ” It was such a special day for a lot of our kids, and we are so thankful to Taylor and her dad for choosing to spend their time with us and put smiles on so many faces.” So sweet!

When a muscian visits a hospital, their music therapy stays on to heal the patients forever. I have always been a fan of Taylor’s music, but now I am an admirer of her as a person. Music therapy for the ill has a reward to the giver that will last a lifetime. Continuing to do this will only spread joy to all involved. Taylor is awesome!
