Cobie admitted to Self magazine:
But that doesn’t mean she isn’t taking her health seriously! She ditched the intensity of Bikram yoga for less harsh Yin yoga:
“It’s 90 minutes of intense stretching. You hold each pose for five minutes. It’s a stress reliever. The warrior poses are great for building muscle,” she said.
She tries to make a workout class twice a week and she admits that her favorite classes are those that don’t involve her leaving as a sweaty mess! Sound familiar, HollywoodLifers?
Cobie Reveals Exact Diet & Beauty Regimen
While eating healthy is important, Cobie maintains a balanced diet without cutting herself off from all of her favorite indulgences. She shared her exact diet with Self:
“My usual day: a green smoothie for breakfast — if I want to get fancy, it’s eggs on arugula — fruit for a snack, a salad with protein for lunch, and fish and quinoa for dinner,” she said. “I’ll have pasta two out of seven meals. And if I have 3 bites of my husband’s mac & cheese, I don’t kill myself! I just slow down and enjoy it, instead of shoveling it in my face.”
Clearly, moderation is key because she looks amazing! As for her flawless skin, Colbie compares her frequent facials to a car wash. Her favorite beauty tool, however, is the Clarisonic:
“It sounds and looks like a sex toy, so when I use it, I’m like, ‘I’m doing something for my face, honey! It’s for my face!'” she shared.
If Colbie can take it easy on her approach to fitness then so can we — the key is moderation.
