Khloe’s ombre hair is the talk of the town, and we spoke to her go-to colorist, George Papanikolas, to get the dish on her color and find out his expert tips on how you can get the look!

Khloe Kardashian‘s hair always looks amazing. She was largely responsible for the ombre trend that was everywhere in 2013 and continues to stun on red carpets. Find out how you can keep your color healthy and vibrant like Khloe from her fave colorist below!

Khloe Kardashian’s Ombre Highlights — Her Colorist Talks Balayage Technique

Matrix Celebrity Stylist George Papanikolas tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY about Khloe’s hair:

“Khloe has Balayage Highlights. Balayage effects try to emulate what the sun would do to your hair, like you spent a summer surfing at the beach. Ombre is a graduation from dark to light. They are all highlights, as they accent they hair, but the effect is what is different.

I think it’s totally fine to have light hair in the winter. It looks great with a dark winter wardrobe and can work with any skin tone. And if you are lucky and get to escape the winter cold a few times to a warmer climate, ombre is a perfect combo for your winter tan.

Maintain color with a spray containing UV filters like Matrix Biolage Colorlast Shine Shake ($16, Matrix.com for salons, available April 1).”

We think Khloe looks amazing!

Is her hair even brushed? It looks like she just got out of bed, and that color is horrific.

I dont think khloe needed a makeover. she seemed the most “real” of the sisters. but hey, if that’s what she wants, more power to her.

It looks nice until you get to the bottom part. The tips are too blond for her skin color. It washes her face out. IMO, Khloe’s hair looks better in the before picture
