Zoe Barns Death: ‘House Of Cards’
In season 2′s premiere, Zoe descends into a creepy subway station to meet with her source, ex-lover, mortal enemy Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) one last time. On his request, she deletes all their previous text messages and his contact information from her cell phone.
She then starts to interrogate him about the mysterious death of congressman Peter Russo (Corey Stoll). When Frank dismisses her questioning, she press him about whether he murdered Russo — and he responds by callously tossing her in the path of an oncoming train.
Brian Griffin: ‘Family Guy’
The death of the family dog shocked many fans in November 2013, however his death ultimately only lasted a couple of weeks — thanks to the rules of the cartoon world.
There were petitions for his reincarnation, ‘RIP Brian Griffin’ tattoos, and furious tweets by the thousands to bring this beloved character back. Creator of Family Guy, Seth MacFarlane, was shocked to say the least.
“It surprised all of us,” he told reporters during a press panel for Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey, where most of the questioning centred on a dead cartoon dog rather than his new space documentary.
