Justin Bieber is a victim of the paparazzi according to his lawyer, Roy Black, who also compared the singer to Princess Diana. HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE interview in the ongoing Justin legal saga.
Justin Bieber, 20, is just a victim of the paparazzi, according to his lawyer Roy Black. HollywoodLife.com can tell you why Justin was rolling his eyes in his deposition case, because he doesn’t feel he needed to be there in the first place!
Justin Bieber: Lawyer Claims Singer Is A Victim
Justin’s attorney, Roy recently told HollywoodLife.com exclusively that he thinks Justin was set up to fail during his Miami deposition on Mar. 6. He goes on to say that Justin is just a victim of the paparazzi, much like Princess Diana was before her tragic death on August 31, 1997. HollywoodLife.com broke the news on VH1’s The Gossip Table and we have to admit that it makes sense why Justin is annoyed.
Some believe Diana’s death was caused by the paparazzi chasing down Diana’s car, which crashed at the end of that chase. However, official reports indicated that Diana’s driver was driving drunk, and speeding. Reports revealed that his speeds were upwards of 90 miles an hour and he simply lost control of the car.
“The paparazzi can form into dangerous mobs. This can cause a serious problem — recall lady Diana,” Roy said. “Justin is like other celebrities — hounded by the paparazzi. He has to hire security guards to protect him.”
Roy also points out that the prosecution asked questions during the deposition that they knew would cause an already troubled 20-year-old to go off the deep end.
“It started with questions like what did Usher teach you, or what was the most important thing other well-known people taught you,” Roy added. “Later, it [the questions] devolved into Selena Gomez.”
It was the Selena Gomez question that sent Justin storming out of the deposition, and it was his storming out of the deposition that landed him on every media site in the country.
“I am not surprised that Justin is upset by all this. Anyone would be,” Roy said.
Additionally, Roy believes someone was out to make money off of Justin’s frustrations during the deposition. He believes that the lawyers who were responsible for the hard-line of questioning given to Justin were paid off by someone!
“The lawyer was acting as a shill for the tabloids and then someone, I assume from their camp, sold or gave the video to TMZ,” Roy said.
Justin Bieber Is A Paparazzi Victim According To Lawyer
The whole deposition hearing is the result of a photographer’s lawsuit. On June 5, 2013, the photographer claims Justin directed his bodyguard, Hugo Hesny, to attack him, and steal the memory card from his camera while he was trying to take pictures of Justin outside of Miami’s Hit Factory recording studio.
The suit is being filed against the pop bad boy and the bodyguard– alleging that Hugo threatened the photographer with a gun during the incident as well.
What do you think HollywoodLifers? Does Justin have a right to be upset? Leave us your thoughts in the comments.
