“Bump in the road”…this is the exact reason I’ll never support this family. This wasn’t some crazy thing that happened to Joe and Teresa that could’ve happened to any of us. They CHOSE to break many laws the continue to break laws by filing for bankruptcy. Gia’s attitude about this is not going to serve her well and life and she’ll likely fallow directly in her parents footsteps. Personal responsibility is sorely lacking in their family and they’ll never move forward as long as they continue to paint themselves as victims. And before some fool responds to me about mistakes I’ve made, yadayada, save your breath. I’m almost 41 and have never stolen anything from anyone (including the taxpayers) nor have I knowingly or otherwise committed fraud against anyone, including the government. The Giudices are a glaringly accurate example of what not to do.

Of course their kids support them! Thats their mommy and daddy! What a stupid question! They are far too young to be independant of their parents and all they know is they love their parents! Poor kids. Terrible for them to put their kids thru this. I think they should lose their kids, their homes and cars and everything they own AND be banned from Tv fir 10 years!

There are honest people out there struggling to pay medical bills therapy ect…their fraud was done purely outta greed to fund a lavis life style they couldnt afford to have..what are they teaching there children..what they should be teaching there kids is to work hard if you cant afford it dont buy it…sure we would all love nice house cars holidays ect but we do without we dont do 41 counts of fraud..they are adults they knew what they were doing ..1 is a mistake 41 is theft fraud ..and teresa should not be getting paid for appearing on rhonj why should she continue to profit from her crimes others arent allowed why is she…why arent they selling the house downsize….maybe crime does pay…if she gets house arrest..these people are ordinary people not some kind of god that should get away with it easy because there on tv…teresa always goes on about how family rift affects her parents and her dads ill health..what they must be thinking now..they will love teresa but will be ashamed and let down…

But Teresa is so honest and truthful as she says repeatedly on RHONJ, she has contradicted herself so many times I’m not surprised she was a fraudster, and Joe would choose a bottle of wine over taking care of his kids.

Those are NOT the words of a 13 yr old ! She has no idea the seriousness of what their parents admitted to. 9 felony charges ! These kids will have to live with this and watch it on reality TV and all the reruns for a very long time. The hell they will go through will make them resent their criminal parents, just you wait Joe and Teresa !! Just you wait

”I am heartbroken that this is affecting my family,” Teresa told HollywoodLife.com in an official statement after confirming her guilty plea. “Especially my four young daughters, who mean more to me than anything in the world.”

Guess you shouldn’t have broken the law then?……..just saying.

Those two crooks didn’t think of the consequences to their girls when they committed fraud and now they are hiding behind them to avoid jail time. Their names are going to be in the media every day until sentencing in an effort to spin the penalty phase in their favour. I would even bet that Teresa will try and become pregnant to avoid jail time – she will stoop to nothing. What is sad and amazing to me is how many of her fans – whom she lied to – are supporting her. Just goes to show you that PT Barnum was right: there IS a sucker born every minute…

It’s sad that T & J didn’t think of the consequences of what they did. They wanted to live above thier means to be on a tv show. I feel for the kids not the parents.

If you’re heartbroken, Teresa, then maybe you shouldn’t have REPEATEDLY broken the law and tried to rip off taxpayers. This family is a bunch of delusional idiots. She’ll never learn, because she has an IQ of about 70.

these parents are just using the children to help them get away with the crimes that they joyfully committed. At least they are listening to the advice that they are paying dearly for.Of course these fees will be included in the next bankruptcy filling.
