A scary scene — a school bus with children inside turned over in the middle of a Brooklyn, New York intersection. How did this happen?

School Bus Overturns With Kids Inside

While taking children home from school, a small yellow bus turned over after an accident in the middle of a Brooklyn, New York intersection. According to early reports, the bus collided with another moving vehicle at the intersection of Marcy Avenue and Halsey Street in the Bedford Stuyvesant, where it turned over on it’s side with kids inside.

Helicopter visuals show that the bus collided with a green New York City taxi which could be seen smashed into a light pole after the accident.

Emergency responders on the scene reported several injuries, but thankfully they all appear minor so far. The minor injuries that we know about at this time are all just bumps and bruises. The injured students were taken to nearby Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn.

No word on whether the school bus driver or the taxi cab driver are at fault at this time.
