A shocking new video shows Irisdaly Rios physically attacking a teenage girl in the middle of the street. The mother claims she was defending her daughter from the girl, who has allegedly has a history of bullying.

Irisdaly Rios has been arrested and charged with battery for attacking a middle school girl who she claims bullies her daughter “every day.”

Mom Attacks Middle School Girl

Ashley Perez, 12, thought that Irisdaly Rios, 35, just wanted to talk about the argument she had had with her daughter earlier that afternoon. Instead, once Ashley got close to Irisdaly’s car, the mom got out and started swinging at the middle school student. In the shocking video footage of the attack, you can hear Irisdaly’s daughter screaming “Mom! Mom!” in attempt to get her mom to stop her violent actions.

One of Ashley’s fellow students, Damian Portal, took video on his cell phone and showed it to his mom who posted it on Facebook. Since then, Irisdaly has been arrested and charged with one count of battery for attacking the young girl.

Ashley’s injuries include a scratched face and neck and a broken tooth.

Ashley Might Have A History Of Bullying

Irisdaly is adamant that Ashley has been bullying her daughter at their middle school, which caused her to lose her temper on the young girl. After being arrested, booked, charged, and release, she spoke to a local NBC affiliate to discuss what prompted her to attack the girl.

“This girl bullies my daughter every day,” the mother explained in an interview with a local news outlet.

In a different interview, Ashley does admit that she has had problems with Irisdaly’s daughter, but does not allude to bullying the girl.

I agree with the mother. I have a daughter and if anyone comes at her or bullies her they will see consequences from me and not just the bully but, with the parents as well. Ill do whatever it takes to keep my child safe.

I don’t have kids but I defend this mother… I don’t condone what she did but at the same time I don’t judge her. Every single day you read stories about kids killing themselves or going to school killing others because they were tormented and bullied, then people come out saying they wish they would’ve done something to prevent this. Shame on whoever wrote this article.

I am a mother of 5 kids , I would never hit someones else’s child !!!! Why didn’t the Mother go to the Parents of the so called bully and slap the MOTHER or Father for rising a their to be a bully ??????? .Why hit the Girl and slap her??? The mother is being a hypocrite an a bully herself !!!!! IF Ms.RIO got hand happy on someone else’s child like that ,SHE must hit her own kids also .I hope she gets in trouble for her actions.

She crossed the line when she started attacking that girl regardless of the situation. As an adult and parent she could have taken it to the school and had a talk with her parents and the principal. Many times parent’s of bullies don’t even know their kids are bullying others. It’s not right that she got her daughters side of the story and went as far as taking out that girls tooth and puching her up.That could be anyone’s child and what would she have done if that’s girls parent’s had been there and seen this or what if someone else’s parent’s starting hitting the woman back there would be more drama. Now she can think about her actions in jail because she may think it’s over but what will happen when she gets out the other girls parent’s haven’t forgotten about their kid getting jumped they may take out her teeth when they see her again.Adults don’t go around beating up kids even if they are tired of their kids being bullied there are alot of solutions than lowering yourself to such stupidity.

If the school & the bully’s parents had nipped the bad behavior in the bud from the beginning, this would have never happened.
Schools let things fester until they explode & it doesn’t have to.
Teach your kids to fight people, one day they might need to defend themselves.
Also teach your daughters they are beautiful no matter how they look.
Teach them to love themselves. That those images in the media are all false and photo shopped.
If you teach them to love themselves no matter what nobody will be able to hurt them . Mentally at least.
Also keep them off of social media, it only fans the flames. It gives the bullies a venue even when school is over.
The mother was probably tired of hearing her daughter cry when she got home from school.
I don’t condone what she did but I understand it.

So you publicly declare the child to be a “bully” in your headline — stigmatizing her FOREVER.

I have no idea if she ever bullied anyone, but I know Hollywood Life bullied her — you people exploit and abuse kids. No doubt you used to serious bullies as kids.

The girl needs to go to a correctional. Her parents and the school did nothing about it. Don’t give me the bs that the mother didn’t know what was going on. Furthermore the school needs to be made accountable for this. There have been many complaints in this school in particular and the principal and teachers do nothing about it. There is a saying in Spanish that goes: “Cría cuervos y te sacarán los ojos.” Ashley’s mom will reap in due season for not disciplining her daughter.

I completely defend the mom. Even though it is not right to hit a minor nor anyone, the school and the parents of the 12 year old should have done something about this.
Unfortunately becuz of the bad parenting of the neglect of the school staff, the parents of the victims come to a breaking point. If I have to sign a paper for defending this poor mother I will. This 12 year old obviously has no boundaries at home and becuz of this incident her parents and the school will have to step up to the plate. If this doesn’t happen now, it would happen later and this girl would be on her way to become a vandal at the least. Say NO to BULLYING. Where are the parents of this child and why didn’t the school do something about this?

Interesting hear you “completely defend” something that is “not right”.

And how great for you to be the judge and jury based on the allegations of some one that just attacked a young girl.

Hey maybe people should just beat you up if anyone ever says you are a bully.

@ Didacticus:
Anyone who reads your post could tell you don’t have children cuz if you do, I can’t imagine how you raise them or maybe you belong to the generation of the ungodly. I saw the video and clearly the girl is defiant and disrespectful. She is a spoiled brat who was not reared right. People like you should not have children. You are a pathetic enabler. If this mom doesn’t step in who knows what might have happened to her daughter. Obviously you don’t watch the news. So many middle school students commit suicide or suffer from severe depression becuz no one does anything about the bullying. Now this girl is all over the news and I don’t think she will feel like bullying at least not for now. If you did some research you would know that many parents of this school have complained and the personnel has done nothing to address the issue. You are just as pathetic as the loser mom of the victimizer. Don’t breed. You might create an apocalyptic monster.
