On tonight’s ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ the hospital staff receives shocking news from Chief of Staff, Dr.  Hunt. What will happen to everyone’s relationships after they are banned by the board?

After Stephanie (Jerrika Hinton) files a personal complaint against Jackson (Jesse Williams), the hospital board is forced to implement a non-fraternizing policy — banning interpersonal relationships among staff and, especially, between superiors and subordinates. Check out everyone’s reactions as Dr. Hunt (Kevin McKidd) delivers the news.

Um, did anyone else notice who was missing from that scene? Hint: It’s Shane.

This is the best episode Shandra has written in a long time. She brought Burke back under realistic circumstances, considering Yang’s excellence as a surgeon. It was quite a tribute o her skills.

Although I love her relationship with Owen, it looks like that is not going to work out. Since Owen wants children, let him be the sperm donor for Callie and Arizona and he can be a baby-daddy like Mark.
