Lykke Li’s Music Video — New Song ‘Love Me Like I’m Not Made Of Stone’
Lykke’s new video for “Love Me Like I’m Not Made of Stone” gives us an intimate look at the talented artist, who appears to have been stunned into silence by the mother of all splits.
Lykke is not singing in the video; instead she is shown looking 50 shades of heartbroken to the soundtrack of her own sweet, sad voice set to an acoustic guitar.
The emotional song and video will really hit home for anyone who has ever been damaged by a broken heart or yearned for unconditional love — aka all of us.

Lykke Li Set To Release New Album ‘I Never Learn’
This sad song is just one of the many off of Lykke’s new album, I Never Learn, due out on May 6. I Never Learn is final installment of a trilogy that includes 2008’s Youth Novels and 2011’s Wounded Rhymes.
Lykke says of the album:
Every song on the album is a power ballad. Like one of those old radio stations. This is a slow dance; a slow burner. I wrote [“No Rest for the Wicked”] in Sweden when I was packing up my sh*t, and I’d just gotten out of a relationship and it was a horrible time. I just had the hurt, shame, sadness, guilt, longing. In the verse, I’m referring to myself pleading guilty but I’m referring to all of us.
