Jennette McCurdy On Relationship With Andre Drummond: She Disses Ex In Interview
In a recent interview on Pete Holmes‘ Nerdist.com podcast “You Made it Weird,” Jennette spoke out about her September, 2013 split from Andre, admitting that their lack of chemistry was the main reason she suddenly called it quits.

“My first kiss with him was after we had gone laser tagging,” she said. “I stood on a chair… I sort of went for it. But it wasn’t great. It didn’t go great. No sparks and the mouth … the shapes weren’t right.”
Ouch! That is just not very nice, is it? Though we do have to give the 21-year-old actress/singer props for being brutally honest.

Clearly the duo did not work out, and Jennette’s words make it pretty clear why! But with such awkward chemistry, why did she and Andre, 20, even go out in the first place?
Apparently, Andre first came on to Jennette via Instagram, posting a pic of her as his #WednesdayWomanCrush. From here, Jennette handed him back a #MondayManCrush, and the rest is, albeit short-lived, history.
Jennette wasn’t sure about Andre from the beginning, but she admits in the interview that she agreed to go on a date with him because she thought he was a “big deal.”
Let’s just say — he probably was shocked that racy pics leaked of her!
