Bette Midler started to say something after the standing ovation; “I feel like…” But it was cut off as they went to commercial. Does anyone know what she said?

Yes. She said ” I feel like I have just won the Olympics” She confirmed this on her twitter.

Start working part time. I kept hearing other people tell me how much money they can make online so I decided to look into it. Well, it was all true and has totally changed my life. This is what I do

I am sorry, but Bette Midler’s performance was sub-par at best. Everyone was getting a standing ovation, not just her. It was appeared as if she never practiced the song. Flapping her arms and her broken record sequence “you, you, you…” Not her best moment.

I thought Bette’s performance belonged in Vegas…did she really flap her wings at the end? what? what a way to ruin the tribute.

Marla, you poor thing, you just can’t see how divine Bette is. The star-studded Oscar audience did enjoy Midler and gave her a standing ovation.

If you knew Bettes history, she is grace and movement in action. Vegas is Miley, not the Divine Ms. M.

Bette is the true definition of grace, elegance, and etiquette. Her performance and dresses were both stunning and breathtaking. She will always and forever be DIVINE and so much more :)

Katie, actually Vegas has changed and offer magnificent venues, like The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, in which The Divine Miss M performed for two years The Showgirl Must Go On. If you haven’t seen it, buy the DVD or watch it on YouTube.

She was brilliant! Between Bette and Pink I had tears flowing. Talent like those two women displayed was overwhelming! They don’t need the flash, glitz and naked bodies running around provocatively, real talent stands on its own. Thank you ladies!!
