Uh oh. Jenelle Evans‘ future ex-husband Courtland Rogers is in trouble again, and now he’s facing more felony charges. This time, Courtland’s friend Katie McMillan has accused Courtland of stealing her jewelry and re-selling it for cash. Could this have something to do with his heroin addiction?
Jenelle Evans — Arrest Warrant Issued For Courtland Rogers
It seems like Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans’ estranged husband Courtland Rogers really loves being in trouble. After being arrested multiple times for heroin possession, harassment, and probation violation, Courtland has added to his rap sheet by stealing jewelry from his friend, Katie McMillan. Unfortunately for Courtland, he used his own driver’s license to sell the jewelry to a local pawn shop for cash. When Katie called the police to file a report, the police noted Courtland’s history and were able to quickly locate her jewelry before it was too late.

An arrest warrant was issued for Courtland after Katie filed a report with local police. Now, Courtland faces felony larceny charges if the value of Katie’s jewelry exceeds $1,000. According to Katie, if a felony larceny charge goes through Courtland will be considered a habitual felon and could receive an automatic 20 years in prison.

Courtland’s Victim Was Helping Him Get Sober
Katie told Radar Online that she allowed Courtland to stay with her temporarily while trying to get him into a rehab program so that he could kick his drug habit. Sadly, Courtland decided to thank her by stealing some of her most prized pieces of jewelry.
“He knew I was going out of town the next day and he couldn’t stay at my house. I think he was hoping I wouldn’t notice my stuff was gone before I left,” Katie explained in an interview. “I definitely noticed it was gone shortly after. It was the stuff I considered sentimental. Two of the rings he did take were actually the most sentimental things I own. They are both rings from each of my grandmothers.”
