Every ’90s child remembers ‘Cool Runnings’ and its eternally catchy ‘Jamaica, We Have A Bobsled Team’ theme song, and now the 2014 Sochi team has created a brand new funky reggae jam for future generations to treasure.

Marvin Dixon and Winston Watts may not have medaled — or even come close — during the Winter Olympics, but the Jamaican bobsled team are still major winners for carrying on the Cool Runnings tradition of debuting a rockin’ theme song for the games.

Jamaican Bobsled Team — Hear Their New Olympic Song

“Run the track, run the track, run the track it’s bobsled time.”

Hottest Winter Olympians

Yep, try getting that one out of your head anytime soon. Marvin and Winston brought some hot, hometown cheer to the freezing Winter Olympics via “The Bobsled Song,” which the country’s tourism industry says is designed to sync with the duo’s run. The eight-bit video navigates the entirety of the 1,500 meter course, setting each turn to the catchy music.

Sadly, the Jamaicans finished 29th out of 30 in their race — and only the top 20 made the final run — so viewers only got to play the funky music to their run one time. See you in 2018, boys!

What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Does the new song stand up to the original?
