She’s just not that into you, Juan Pablo. When JP took the girls back to his hometown of Miami, one revealed that she was totally not jaunting him anymore.
While most of the women on The Bachelor are the ones getting their hearts broken, Juan Pablo Galavis was the one left in the dust on the Feb. 17 episode. He not only introduced one lucky gal to his daughter and his parents, but even to his ex. While she was thrilled to meet his family, not all the girls were so happy — and that led to a pretty entertaining cat fight.
Juan Pablo Brings Ladies To His Hometown
Juan Pab and the crew hit up Miami, Fl. for a romantic beach vaca and the girls were ready to get down. He told his family how much he was obsessed with Sharleen, so it was no surprise she landed the first date.
They headed out to dinner on a yacht (you know, a normal Monday evening activity). With next week being the hometown dates, she admitted — to the cameras — she didn’t really feel ready for him to meet her family. On the date, Sharleen went back and forth — he’s hot, the physical attraction was amazing, she’s into it, then she’s not. It was clear that it was only physical. The other girls said that her type was mostly “intellectual, nerdy” guys, and literally on the date, he told her the way she spoke was so formal. So, they can have a good hook up but not a good conversation.

Nikki Meets Juan Pablo’s Daughter . . . And Ex
After his night out with Sharleen, he chose Nikki for the other one-on-one — on a seriously intense date! They went and made a flower bouquet before they headed to his daughter Camila‘s dance recital. Not only was she introduced to his daughter but also to his parents and his ex, Camila’s mom Carla Rodriguez. Oh, and they gave the flowers to her since her birthday was the following day.
Afterward, they went to Marlins Park for dinner — and for a girl who likes baseball, that would have impressed me, so props to JP on that one (and by Juan Pablo, I mean the producers who set it up). Nikki made a good point saying that it was a real look into his life — his life with Camila and his work life (his office is at Marlins Park).
Sharleen: See Ya, Juan Pablo
After JP finished his date with Nikki, he headed to the hotel where he was met by an upset Sharleen. No shocker here — she told him she wasn’t into it and packed her bags. While we knew she was unsure, we kind of thought she was going to pull through, since she pretty much told him that she’s okay with change, hinting that she’d be okay with changing her traveling lifestyle for him and Camila. Apparently not!
On one hand, good for her for being honest and for sitting down with the girls to explain she didn’t want to take one of their spots when they were sure and she wasn’t. Let us be honest for a minute — she’s been over it all along. She should have packed her bags weeks ago and saved us all from those awkward make out sessions week after week.
As for the group date, Juan Pablo took Renee, Clare, Andi and Chelsie to a nice private island which was much more of a romantic setting than the one-on-one dates. He gave Andi the group date rose, which secured her a hometown date and allowed her to continue on a longer date — they headed to see a Romeo Santos and dance in front of a huge crowd. Meanwhile back at the super nice hotel, it was a cat fight between Clare and Nikki, but I can’t tell you what it was about, since it was just them arguing about nothing.
However, it was kind of funny that Nikki kept referring to him as her boyfriend . . . and then the awkward silence was even more funny.
It was no surprise that when the rose ceremony came around, it was Chelsie who got sent home — she was barely memorable and I honestly thought Kat would make it longer that she did. So, now it’s down to Renee, Clare, Andi and Nikki, who will be taking on the Hometown Dates in the two night special next week!
Were you shocked that Sharleen sent herself home, HollywoodLifers? Do you think she should have done it earlier? Let me know!
