Arizona Woman Breaks Ankle

Keri Gonzalez broke her ankle after jumping out of a window after getting caught having sex with a 15-year-old boy. A half an hour later, Keri returned to the scene of the crime to complain about injuring herself to the boy’s mother. WTF?

It was around 2 a.m. when the mother of a 15-year-old boy heard what she described as “knocking” sounds coming from her son’s bedroom, New York’s Daily News reports. When he finally unlocked the door for her she saw a woman crouched between his bed and his wall. Trying to escape without being caught, Keri Gonzalez, 35, jumped out of the second floor window and limped down the street. A half an hour later she returned to the Marana, Ariz., house and knocked on the door to complain to the mother that she had broken her ankle by jumping out of the window.

A 15-year-old boy told police that after his mom fell asleep for the night, her friend Keri showed up with alcohol for them to drink together. Later, they had sex twice before his mom woke up and came to investigate the “knocking” sounds coming from his room. Hoping not to be recognized by the mom, Keri opted to escape by jumping out of the second floor window. The boy’s mom later told police that when she looked out the window, Keri was limping down the street and away from the house.

In an even crazier turn of events, a half an hour after the incident Keri decided to return to the house and complain to the boy’s mom about how she had hurt her ankle trying to run away from her. Yes, really!

Keri has been charged sexual misconduct with a minor and providing false information to a police officer.
