Jillian Knows That Staying In Shape & Being A Mom Can Be Difficult
“[Keeping fit is] definitely more challenging as a mom now,” Jillian added during our interview. “It is truly a balancing act. I know what matters and what doesn’t, and try to focus on the things that are most important to me. I’ve had to concentrate on finding that balance — I know that no matter what I can find 30 minutes in my day to go workout, and I also try to manage my diet. If you don’t overeat you won’t gain weight.”
