Advice From Former Contestants & Trainer
Olivia Ward and Hannah Curlee from Season 11 told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that women can take control of their life:
“The most important thing is just to remember that small changes add up and make huge results. You think the weight didn’t come on over night, so it’s not gonna come off over night,” Olivia says.
“For girls, we always say find one piece of clothing, for us it was a pair of jeans, we hung up our old jeans on the top of our bedroom window that made an entire curtain panel and put the jeans we wanted to wear on the refrigerator. So find something that you can see everyday and let that motivate you.” Hannah adds.
Trainer Dolvett Quince says that a good diet is the way to loose those last 5 pounds:
“I always tell people, increase your fiber intake, whether through berries or mostly through vegetables. The greener the vegetable, the more you’re gonna flush out the system to have a flat stomach. And stay hydrated — drink plenty of water. Get that blood flowing, get the energy, stay hydrated and you’ll be fine.”
