Jerry Seinfeld Confirms ‘Seinfeld’ Reunion Is Happening ‘Soon’

After a photo of Jason Alexander at the iconic ‘Seinfeld’ restaurant set the internet ablaze, the show’s star said we can expect a reunion in the near future.

We’ve got big news about nothing! Jerry Seinfeld put a smile on every Seinfeld fan’s face Jan. 30 when he confirmed that a reunion “of sorts” is in the works for the iconic ’90s sitcom. During an interview on WFAN’s Boomer & Carton show, Jerry said we can expect to see several member of the gang together “very, very soon.”

The cryptic talk continued as Jerry explained the reunion will be a “one-and-done” deal. He also debunked rumors that the reunion will be for a Super Bowl commercial, or for an episode of his own hit web show Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee.

Jerry wouldn’t say how many of the Seinfeld characters would be making an appearance in the “short-ish form” project, but he did confirm that he and Jason Alexander will reprise their own legendary roles.
