CarMax Super Bowl Commercials: Everything Is Better With Puppies

CarMax released two Super Bowl ads this year — one populated by humans, the other by puppies. Guess which one we prefer?

CarMax‘s “Slow Clap” commercial is pretty solid — I mean, it features an appearance from Rudy himself, Sean Astin — but the Super Bowl ad doesn’t hold a candle to the puppy version. Check out both below!

CarMax Super Bowl Commercials Prove Everything Is Better With Puppies

The premise is simple: man uses CarMax to purchase car, CarMax employees start doing the slow clap from the film Rudy, man drives home, everyone he passes along the way continues doing the slow clap. It’s cute enough. It features Rudy. A man lets his kid fall off a bike. I dig it.

But then the CarMax employee breaks the fourth wall, and lets us know that since the Super Bowl gets a puppy version, why shouldn’t CarMax? Then things get at least a zillion times more adorable. Check out both ads, and let us know what you think!

What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Which CarMax commercial do you prefer? If you said the human one, then what on earth is wrong with you?
