Seriously people? Not everyone can be perfect every second. Its not her fault she thought they were saying “red” when actually saying “random”. Like seriously? Atleast she was a good sport and immediately clapped for daft punk. Give her a freakig break. She did nothing wrong. Im sick of people usig pointless things just so they can throw some hate in her face. Just stop and GROW UP. Ok rant done. (:

Wow. People have been called fat, anorexic, sluts, the f-word, among other offensive things but poor Taylor got mocked for a stupid surprise face. I feel so sad now. I take back every bad thing I’ve ever said about her. She’s been through sooooo much. *wipes tear away*

/End of sarcasm. Cry me a river, Taylor.

Oh God, you are blindsided. Aren’t you?. Most people would say her reaction was normal, considering the circumstances. When the announcer(Alicia Keyes) started to read the winner, she stretched the the first couple of letters of Random Access Memory”, but it sounded like “Reeeee…”
and Taylor thought, she was going to complete with “Reeeee……….d”, so that is why the reaction. and damn, I do say, it is quite a normal reaction for most mortal people. Taylor went out and enjoyed herself. after. She never felt mocked at all. It is just your perception of faulty events. But that is your take. So don’t expect that people can make fun of her for simply no reason. Isn’t going to happen.

Don’t be surprised… But
Taylor Swift reminds me of a Phoenix!!
Because Every time she goes down, she comes back stronger than ever.
With the album RED, She lost the grammys and some other important awards…
But remember all of the bad reviews she revived for her collaboration with Stevie Nicks? That bad memory of her ended up to an amazing song named “mean” which has won 2 Grammys and so many valuable awards. If she is “UPSET”, I think good things are coming on her way.
I’m looking VERY forward to her next album. plus I hope she’ll do more country this time. At least she will shut most of her haters up.

I agree. She always comes back stronger and also thank to her fans because they can see the reality of things and not focus on misguided negativity. In truth (and I hope I am not being sacrilegious), but it is like Jesus Christ who had to forgive people (Forgive them for they know not what they do). Taylor reminds in a way of a very decent person, who defends herself just as a Godly person would do. I am not religious. I am just noticing a parallel. Taylor exemplifies, a good person, and others choose to denegrade her for being a good person, but sorry folks, Taylor always has the last laugh. Why? because she chooses the right paths. Otherwise, she would not have the strength to carry on as she does.

From what I see in so many sites, She gets more LOVE than hate. A very good example is right in front of you. Look at these comments…
I am a 25 year old guy and I’m a fan. I might don’t listen to her music much, but I think she is a super talented artist and one of the prettiest girls of all the time.
soon she’ll be at the top again.

The irony is Speak Now won 4 Grammys for Taylor in 2011, but Red is a much better album, with more Pop than Country. So, Red wins ZERO Grammys. Country doesn’t support Taylor anymore, which is why Musgraves won 2 Grammys. Taylor cannot win any ACM, CMT, or CMA INDIVIDUAL awards anymore, except for “icon/pinnacle” awards. Personally, I think Country music is USING Taylor for ratings, by nominating her for awards with NO intention on letting her win.

Even last year at the Grammys, she only won for Safe & Sound in Hunger Games and NOT We are never getting back together. This is the price for going into Pop, which is the right thing to do to gain Mainstream existence. But Pop has so many more competitors, which is what Taylor is seeing now.

If Taylor was such a good sport all of her songs wouldn’t be “revenge” songs on old boyfriends. As for talent, anyone who thinks she has it should give a listen to that disasterous attempt at a duet with Stevie Nicks. Poor Stevie.

People did watch her performance with Stevie Nicks and guess what? they still went out and bought over 1 million copies of her albums in a week , twice. That’s two albums after that performance. She’s in the record books for being the only female artist that has sold over 1 million albums in a week, two times. Artists would sell their body parts for those numbers, they would sell their mother for half those numbers. I know, I was in the business…. She’s in record books for selling over 5 million albums … for each of her 4 studio albums. Go take seat!

Don’t pinpoint one night four years ago. Perhaps, Taylor and Stevie couldn’t get in sync. It happens with collaborations sometimes And to tell you the truth, Taylor is much better and is still evolving her talent. Don’t be giving examples of four years ago. You have to look at the overall picture. If Taylor was crap. I am sure she would not have the recognition that she has. And I am not talking about recognition from just tweens, but music critics and other songwriters, such as Bon Jovi, Kris Kristoffersen, Mick Jagger, Jennifer Lopez, Carly Simon, Ozzy Osbourne, LL Cool J. plus many more.that I haven’t mentioned.

They are not revenge songs; they are songs about personal experience and about love gone wrong. It is her emotional outlet, and quite a few writers write about that subject, throughout the history of music, albeit, others might not be as personal. Taylor, is not about stabbing her exes. She is about writing about the experience. It is her muse. And how can you place the blame solely on Taylor, when you were never a fly on the wall to whatever relationship she was in. You cannot presuppose this. Also, why is it being brought up in the artlicle; the article isn’t about that.

actually not ALL her songs are about revenge/songs abt old bfs. ex; 22, back to december(she admits she was wrong in this one), fifteen, enchanted, today was a fairytale. and those are just a few. i guess the majority of her fans prefer the ones that are about specific people. also sometimes she writes love song about no one in particular, or sh dedicates her songs to family and friends.

The thing with Taylor is that she is constantly getting hate. She always puts on a brave face, avoiding reading articles about herself which is how she remains so normal, but she is only human. She gets hurt just like we do. I don’t even know why people are complaining. She thought she had won, looked shocked, but then after realisation she stood up and clapped and smiles for Daft punk. WHAT IS THE CONTROVERSY. Taylor doesn’t deserve the hate she gets, especially since she is one of the most talented artists out there, which was especially evident after her amazing performance of All Too Well at the GRAMMYS.

Didn’t you read some of the earlier responses. She was dancing the night away! She went bowling afterward. She was having a good time, but because of one instantaneous snapshot, you can presuppose something? The surprised face wasn’t one that implied loss. The announcement of Album of the Year was slurred out by Alicia Keyes. It almost sounded Like RRRR..ED, but was Random Access Memory. So the surprise was more out of anticipation than loss, but, of course, that instantaneous snapshot has to feed people fodder and misperception. I am sure it has happened in everybody’s life that you are anticipating something and then at the last minute, it doesn’t come true; of course, anybody will have a certain reaction at that instantaneous second. I would and you would too, but because a camera flash took place at that time and because it is Taylor Swift, then, there you have it, fodder for the tabloids and with disregard for true normal true human reaction.

She was not affected. So there was no negative Karma to be had. In fact, you are so misguided. Karma has been and will be for quite some time, her fans heaping rewards upon her. She has been charitable to her fans. She went out and granted her fans wishes to play “All Too Well” at the Grammys. She visits sick kids in hospitals, donates money for good causes. In fact Karma has been good for her through her benevolence. And you only wish bad Karma on a woman who really deserves good Karma, Don’t be ridiculous!
