ESPN is celebrating its tenth annual Super Bowl party, renamed ESPN THE PARTY, on Friday, January 31, in New York City in conjunction with the release of ESPN The Magazine’s MUSIC issue, which compliments the love affair between sports and music. ESPN will take over Pier 36 – Basketball City, in Lower Manhattan, a few miles from MetLife Stadium which will host Super Bowl 48, creating their signature Super Bowl experience with a 50,000 square foot space. There’s no place in the world like New York City and guests walking the 40 foot red carpet will be treated to a night with a NYC state of mind with bright lights, skyscrapers and the starry night skyline.

He shared his thoughts on this years theme that everyone will certainly enjoy!
“The theme I’m going with with is City Lights or New York Nights. Incorporating the New York skyline by building 20 life size sky scrapers within the party atmosphere. We are strategically placing man holes around the floor with steam raising thru the floor to emulate a New York morning or evening. Next, we are hanging floor to ceiling star drop led drapes around the room to give the feeling that we are outside looking at the stars. Finally, we are adding custom video footage thru all the monitors and led screens on stage with moving skyline footage with other custom elements of New York street life.”
So let’s get through the obvious, it will be awesome and HollywoodLife.com will be in the house. So prepare for our coverage of the party on the site and all our social pages. It is going to be awesome!
