The artist and model revealed exactly how she dropped all her pregnancy weight during an interview at the 2014 Grammys on Jan. 26: you’ll be shocked that Amber Rose only had to sacrifice snacking on one of her favorite foods to get back to her pre-baby weight!
Amber Rose revealed at the 2014 Grammy Awards that it took her a whole year to lose the weight she gained while pregnant with her son Sebastian, but she’s so proud of her amazing progress! She was nine months pregnant when she attended the 2013 Grammys with her now-husband Wiz Khalifa, and she took her time to drop her pregnancy weight the healthy way.

Amber said that her baby weight loss was slow-going, but steady because she took her time! “It took me like a year to lose the weight,” she told E! News‘ Giuliana Rancic on the Grammys red carpet. “I did it the natural way, so I just tried to eat right.”
Amber admitted that it was tough to eat right when her favorite food cravings struck! “I’m a Philly girl so I grew up on Philly cheesesteaks and stuff like that!” she told Giuliana.
“[I was] just trying to eat right and exercise and it finally came off,” she said of her efforts, which have definitely paid off!

Amber posted an Instagram photo comparing two years worth of Grammys red carpet photos with Wiz, marveling how big her baby bump was in 2013 and sharing her excitement about the wonderful year that followed. “I can’t believe I was 9 months pregnant last Grammys!” Amber shared on Instagram while reflecting back after the Jan. 26 ceremony. “This year I’m a Mommy and officially a Wife. God is good all the time.”
Amber’s year with her baby has been so amazing, she’s willing to go through the whole pregnancy process all over again! When she was asked if she wants another child soon, she revealed “Oh yeah, definitely, 100 percent!”
