Justin Bieber’s little egg prank from Jan. 9 has caused a perfect storm of controversy, and now Justin’s die-hard Beliebers are worried that Justin will be deported if he’s found guilty of felony vandalism!
Justin Bieber, 19, opened up a Pandora’s Box when he egged his neighbor on Jan. 9, which allegedly led to $20,000 in damages. They also found drugs on his property — drugs that allegedly belonged to Justin’s friend Lil Za — but Justin’s fans are still freaking out over potential deportation!
Fans Freak Out Over Justin Bieber Deportation Rumors
Even though celebrities like Joel McHale, Jared Padalecki, John Stewart, and Drake Bell have slammed Justin for his juvenile actions, Justin’s fans are standing firmly by his side — and when rumors began to swirl that Justin might be deported if he’s found guilty of this felony offense, the Internet responded with varying levels of freak out.
The rumors seem to be coming directly from the source — Justin’s neighbor reportedly wants him out of the country, RadarOnline reports. He’s pushing for a felony conviction for the $20,000 worth of damages done to his house, and if convicted, Justin will definitely be in serious trouble. If found guilty, the Biebs could go to jail for up to three years, according to criminal defense attorney James E. Silverstein.
“If the crime is charged as a stand alone misdemeanor vandalism, the defendant can face a steep fine, restitution, and up to one year in the county jail,” he told HollywoodLife.com exclusively. It it’s a felony, “the individual can be placed into custody for up to three years and/or placed on felony probation. The defendant also faces a steep fine and victim restitution.”
Jail sounds pretty terrible, but it’s the thought of sending Justin back to Canada that has fans freaking out:

It’s gonna be so sad if Justin Bieber gets deported and is unable to enter the US even as a tourist for 20 years. His whole life is there!

There’s really only one serious and meaningful divide in modern America: those who want Justin Bieber deported, and those who don’t

Yikes! What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Would deportation be a fair sentence for Justin, or does that penalty not fit the crime? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
