We got the chance to get up close and personal with the Peter Pilotto for Target collection on Jan. 13 in NYC — and it really is that good. Not only do the looks stay true to the designer, but the quality of the collection is also amazing. The Brit designer’s flattering silhouettes and amazing use of prints makes him beyond popular on the red carpet — and now you can score his coveted looks without spending your entire paycheck.
Peter Pilotto For Target Lookbook — See The Entire Collection:
The collaboration launches on Feb. 9 and, internationally, through Net-a-Porter, (although not everything will be available). The collection consists of everything from pencil skirts to crop tops, fit-and-flare dresses, shorts, and retro-inspired swimwear. And it isn’t just clothing — it’s also full of fun accessories, like printed round sunglasses, a roomy beach bag, beach towels, slip-on sneakers, and a small cosmetics case. We love the way the line has such a carefree summer vibe — and considering most items clock in under $60, the line is sure to go fast.
Not only does the collection capture Pilotto’s use of bright prints, but I was impressed with the quality of the clothing. The items were durable and appropriately lined and the silhouettes fit the models perfectly.
Browse the lookbook above and let us know what you think of the line! Are you excited by the looks? Are you planning to shop the collaboration?
