While Justin Bieber is currently being detained in his garage while police search his home, his fans are standing by him! If found guilty of egging his neighbor’s home, he could go to jail — and the Beliebers will be heartbroken!

On Jan. 14, eleven police cars pulled up in front of Justin Bieber‘s Calabasas home and entered with a search warrant to see if they could find any connections to the egging of his neighbor’s house.

Beliebers are extremely upset about the police being at his home — and even more at the fact that he could get put behind bars. After his neighbor claimed that on Jan. 9 Justin egged his house, police were called and are now on an egg hung — literally.

If guilty, Justin could be charged with a felony since the charges were allegedly over $400 — specifically $20,000. So, that could send the Biebs to jail for three years, according to criminal defense attorney James E. Silverstein.

“If the crime is charged as a stand alone misdemeanor vandalism, the defendant can face a steep fine, restitution, and up to one year in the county jail,” he told exclusively. It it’s a felony, “the individual can be placed into custody for up to three years and/or placed on felony probation. The defendant also faces a steep fine and victim restitution.”

Of course, his fans are standing by him and will not know what to do if he ends up behind bars:
