Well by seeing this list i must say Golden Globes or Oscars nominations are a thing of politics. I’m glad that Jennifer Lawrence has been nominated for these awards and won both of them. It’s an outrage that some other movies weren’t on the list so they got totally snubbed like Catching Fire. This movie was highly rated by so many people being one of the best movies of 2013. Especially with a cast of Jennifer Lawrence and Jena Malone. These 2 actresses are natural born talents but unfortunately for Jena Malone she’s again overlooked by Hollywood.

To May+ Thanks i appreciate that, as you can tell i’m a huge Jena Malone fan and her way of acting is so natural like J-Law. Jena Malone is one of the best actresses working today. Did you see her in Sucker Punch portraying Rocket?

Yes, and she was the only good thing about that movie. Jena is very good. I remember her in Stepmom. She blew me away!

Yes she was a childstarlet and i followed her career since Sucker Punch where i saw her for the first time. I was baffled with her performance, the thing is it’s her facial expression that makes Jena Malone so special. By the way i liked Sucker Punch, the problem is that you have to understand the idea behind it. Well i hope she’ll win some awards in the future. She’s finished a movie Ten Cent Pistol and she’s working on another movie called Inherent Vice.

I’m appalled Jen law won over Julia Roberts , in this instance seeing both movies Julia blew her away , so sad.

Your opinion doesn’t really matter. Both ladies did a great job and the Hollywood Foreign Press choose who they thought was better.

ugh, literally *anyone*, including Julia Roberts, should have won over JLaw. I’m convinced that the Globes, the Oscars, whatever, are complete farces now. JLaw is OK. But she shouldn’t have won last year or this year. What a joke.

Hollywood nominations are a joke these days, it looks like they look at the best known names. A little less known actor/actress isn’t nominated. Thius pisses me off. J-law is indeed okay but she should’ve have won an Oscar for Silver Linings Playbook NOT for Winter’s Bone. Catching Fire only nominated for best soundtrack, while the public voted this movie one of the best movies of 2013.
Jena Malone should win a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress in this movie.

I’m glad Jennifer won. She really is an amazing actress and the next Meryl Streep. Continue to sit behind your computer screens and hate haters.

Jennifer Lawrence is okay but Jena Malone should’ve been nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture called Catching Fire cause she really stood out in that movie. She’s so underrated as an actress and Hollywood keeps on sleeping. WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!

Didn’t say Jena wasn’t amazing. She is! I’ve seen her work way before Catching Fire but I’m also saying Jennifer is amazing as well. They’re both great actresses and it’s going to be a fat chance that anyone ever get nominated for acting for a fantasy film. When it comes to films like that awards that no one cares about always get nominated like best costume. The only person ever to get nominated and win for acting in a fantasy like movie was Health Ledger and it was well deserved.
