The ‘Teen Mom’ star continued to unnecessarily stir up drama with her fellow ‘Couples Therapy’ cast mates on the show’s second episode, including fake-complimenting ‘RHOBH’ star Taylor Armstrong’s facial plastic surgery while she was at a vulnerable point, emotionally.
Farrah Abraham has found a clever way to alienate the entire cast of Couples Therapy and turn them against her: including committing a social faux-pas so jarring as to diss Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong on her extensive plastic surgery right after she just revealed a heartbreaking history of physical abuse from her husband. Worst timing ever?
Farrah Abraham Disses Taylor Armstrong’s Plastic Surgery On ‘Couples Therapy’
Farrah doesn’t seem at all concerned with her cast mates’ quest for personal growth, as evidenced by her “complimenting” Taylor’s plastic surgery, since she could spot no visible scars on the reality TV star’s face.
Neither Farrah, 22, nor Taylor, 42, have been shy about talking about the work they’ve had done, but Couples Therapy isn’t the place to bring up superficial things like facial scars — especially when the cast is publicly healing from emotional scars right in front of the group.
How about asking Taylor how she is coping with rehashing years of abusive relationship woes in her therapy sessions, and not subtly dissing someone’s plastic surgery and disguising it as a compliment?
Farrah Abraham & Taylor Armstrong Are Too Alike, Causing Clashes
Farrah and Taylor are actually a lot alike, and it’s obvious why they clash. Still, Taylor seems to be approaching her stint on Couples Therapy from a more genuine standpoint. Plus, she’s older and (slightly) wiser, and seems to have come to a place in her life where she’s willing to open up about her past more freely.
She fearlessly called out Farrah for being rude to the other cast mates over a group dinner, but her concern was hardly a matter of social etiquette: Farrah’s superior attitude definitely irks the group, and she could get a more genuinely beneficial help out of the show — and still give us the entertaining personality we love! — if she reached out to the others instead of give them reasons to start more drama.
Do YOU agree, HollywoodLifers? Do you think Farrah was out of line to talk about Taylor’s plastic surgery? Or should we give her more time to show some growth?
