Khloe is back on the market, and now so is the Tarzana, Calif. mansion she once lived in with her soon-to-be ex-husband, Lamar. On Jan. 9, the ‘KUWTK’ star officially listed the home where the former couple shared so many fond memories. So sad!
Less than one month after Khloe Kardashian filed for a divorce from Lamar Odom on Dec. 13, the reality star has listed their former love nest on Trulia for nearly $5.5 million. The home was frequently the setting of the ex-couple’s E! reality show Khloe & Lamar.
Lamar Odom & Khloe Kardashian Home Listed — Mansion For Sale After Split
The sprawling Medditerranian mansion was purchased in 2009 for $3.95 million, and is now listed for $5.49 million. Perhaps Khloe is looking to cash in on all the pain Lamar put her through over the last year.
‘The couple is now seeking to officially dissolve ownership of their seven bedroom, nine bathroom, 8,000 square foot Tarzana mansion,” Trulia reports. “It was rumored to be a secret pocket listing since November 2013, but now it is officially for sale on the open market.”
The home boasts a pool and hot tub, a home theater, a pool table and more. Fans will recognize the dramatic entryway and massive kitchen, which were often featured on Khloe & Lamar.
Now we’re starting to get nostalgic! It’s sad to see Khloe, 29, and Lamar, 34, saying goodbye to their former home, but we know it’s for the best.
TMZ reported in November that the home had been secretly listed, but Khloe denied the rumor at the time, tweeting, “‘If you want 2make up stories that I’m selling my home at least use images AFTER I renovated it. LOL I can’t stand those horrendous old images.”
Lamar Odom Seeing ‘Life Therapist’ After Split From Khloe Kardashian
You won’t catch Lamar looking back to his old life with Khloe — the former NBA star is starting over with the help of a life therapist.
“He’s taking a few sessions just to get his head right after all he’s been through with Khloe and his life,” a source close to Lamar reveals EXCLUSIVELY to HollywoodLife.com. “It’s not for drug abuse or anything, it’s more of a life therapist, someone who he talks to about where he is in his life, where he wants to be and how to get there.”
We’re so glad Lamar is finally seeking help with his issues and moving forward with his life.
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Would YOU like to live in Khloe and Lamar’s home if you could? Let us know.
