Troian Bellisario, 28, is pretty on the outside but what has the little liar been hiding? Troian opened up on Good Morning America on Jan. 7 about her struggle with an eating disorder. She said: “What I was dealing with was still trying to fit into the mold that I thought everyone else wanted me to be. I went down a dangerous path and I honestly don’t think I would be here if it wasn’t for a few incredible people – my friends and family.”

Troian said: “For the first time, I got to sit across from my parents and say, ‘I’m angry and I have a blackness inside of me, a darkness inside of me. I’m raging right now and I can’t handle this.'”

There is nothing like good friends. Troian explains that when it comes to her co-stars Ashley Benson, Shay Mitchell and Lucy Hale, “We are always so supportive of each other. My partners in crime, my sisters. My adorable, lovable friends.”
When she was asked if she is comfortable in your own skin, she replied, “No way. One day at a time.”
