Lil Wayne seems to die at least every other day at this point, so it’s no surprise that yet another rumor about the rapper’s demise hit Twitter on Jan. 7.
Poor Lil Wayne. Let’s hope the 31-year-old rapper doesn’t have a Google alert set for his name, because if he does, he’s probably been pretty busy reading up on his own demise on a daily basis. On Jan. 7, the Twitter population began to fret that Lil Wayne had died, less than two weeks after the last time they all thought that Lil Wayne had died.
Lil Wayne Dead? Fans Freak Out.
It’s official: Lil Wayne has died and come back to life more times than the Doctor from Doctor Who, the Winchester brothers on Supernatural, Catwoman, Kenny, and Michael Myers combined. This time around, the rumor seems to have come from a Facebook video that doesn’t actually even work. Still, the fans are freaking out:

To be fair to the Internet, Lil Wayne dying young is sadly possible due to his epilepsy, but it certainly seems like the rapper has his health under control.
“The bad news is I’m an epileptic, I’m prone to seizures,” Lil Wayne revealed to Los Angeles hip-hop radio station Power 106 on March 28, 2013, after scaring fans with a hospital stint. “Like, this isn’t my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh seizure. I’ve had a bunch of seizures, y’all just never hear about them. … Basically, I could’ve died, so that is why it was so serious. But the reason being for the seizures is just plain stress, no rest, overworking myself.”
HollywoodLife.com reached out to reps for Lil Wayne for comment, and they confirmed that the rapper is just fine.
